"The slamming of the doors of the neighbouring rooms was very loud and sadly woke me up multiple times a night. It wasn’t like that last year when I stayed here, so I assume it isn’t like this for all rooms."

"I will complain that I, as a guest, was treated very badly when I forgot my things in the refrigerator. The cleaner came in, took it, and said the room was not cleaned yet; therefore, no one had been in there yet. I own a hotel, and my cleaners do this. I told them never to take anything from a guest before 24 hours. The cleaner I asked for cameras, and they said they don’t have them. So how many times did this clean steal from clients??? My room is 112. I stayed with my kids. We bought this for my daughter, as she loves her things, and it's easy to know what we forgot!!! And the maid supervisor has the nerve to tell me she has to trust her worker while IS IT ME THAT IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH????? I am ok to miss my flight for because am laying??????? This is not acceptable, and I will have to find more to deal with this because a thief is a thief!!! She’s stealing that cleaner on this floor!! I am not stupid. Resection has been great. All departments apart from this thief in the cleaning department had been ok."

"We got a room towards the harbour, the view was great and we were not disturbed by noise. The gym was spacious, there was not a lot of equipment but dumbbells enougj to work out (7.5-20 kg). There was also a sauna. Breakfast was nice."
