"Příjemná lokalita blízko centra s výhledem na hrad, apartmán je v 5. podlaží bytového domu bez výtahu (úplně nahoře), což nám nevadilo, ale pro někoho by to mohl být problém, malý, ale útulný, vybavený, perfektně čistý. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem - upozornil na horkou vodu, doporučil blízký obchod, cestu do centra, na hrad."

"Matej the owner did an airport transfer for us on arrival, which was useful. The accommodation was fine for our first two nights and there was a roof terrace with a view."

"There was not enough space for food preparation. We did not mind, but think guests should be told it is on the fifth floor with no lift."

"The owner kindly picked up this weary traveller from the station. Great advice about the locality and the castle walk. Good intel on the location and pubs and restaurants. The pink grapefruit sunset and cityscape was magical. An outside terrace is a great bonus to drink in the evening sky."

"The host Matej was super nice. He helped us with everything. He picked us up from the airport for a small fee and guided us around town. He was always available for us."

"The shared bathroom."

"Loved the location, pretty view from the window and very convenient to the the old town. The studio was clean, the bed was comfortable. Matej was very friendly and welcoming. For 3 days it was fine."

"It wasn't obvious before we got there that the toilet is shared with other residents. The toilet was clean and never occupied when we wanted to use it, but still... Also the pillows were old and lumpy, Matej you need new pillows :) And the apartment is on the 5th floor, 88 steps up from the front door, and there is no lift"

"The room/studio is well located in the city center, close to many restaurants and the main attactions of Ljubjana. The heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The host let us park where he had his car on the first night and helped with some of our luggage up to the 6th floor."

"The room/studio was not spacious and we had to go up 6 floors of stairs. Altough there is a shower in the room, the hot water only works for about 7-10min, so the shower needs to be either real quick or we need to turn off the water to wash the hair. Also, the parking is not guaranteed and it is difficult to know if the street parking is free or you need any licensing to park elsewhere close to the accomodation. The terrace of the pictures is the shared smoking area of the building so the corridor sometimes smells like cigarettes."

"Great location, helpful host. Good value. Small room, but well equipped and clever use of space. Washing machine, and outdoor drying area."

"Shared toilet is with other residents of the building, so not like being in a hotel type environment."

"Posizione ottima, vicina al centro. Wifi ottimo. Parcheggio privato a fianco dell'edificio (se disponibile, i posti sono limitati ma al mattino non ci sono problemi). Attenzione: in tutta la zona, anche se le righe del parcheggio sono bianche, la sosta è a pagamento dalle 7 alle 19."

"La stanza è al sesto piano senza ascensore. Il bagno è un vater in comune in fondo al corridoio. La doccia è all'interno della stanza ma non esiste un lavandino per le pulizie personali, solamente il lavello della cucina."

"L'emplacement était idéal pour nous et avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le studio n'est pas grand mais très bien aménagé pour qu'il soit confortable. Il est situé au dernier étage avec beaucoup d'escaliers à monter, cela ne nous a pas gêné et permet d'avoir une belle vu sur Ljubljana. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée."

"Objekat se nalazi u centru grada, sve turisticke lokacije i znamenitosti, kao i sama srz grada nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini objekta, nema potrebe ni za kakvim prevoznim sredstvom. Odmah kod zgrade ima market, odlicna pizzerija, na 5 min od zgrade pekara. Vlasnik smjestaja je izrazito prijatan, kulturan, susretljiv i bio je od velike pomoci za nas jer sam ja prvi put bila u Ljubljani, preneo nam je sve ‘tips’. :) Uredno, cisto i u samoj blizini svega potrebnog."

"Jedina mala sicısna mana je mozda toalet koji se nalazi izvan smjestaja odnosno vrata preko puta smjestaja ali obzirom da svi dolazimo da obalazimo i da budemo vani, ovo svakako ima svoju svrhu samo ujutru i navece. Tako da je potpuno zanemarljivo."
