"Stayed in both the private bath and shared, book the shared the private room has quite loud road noise. Staff here are so lovely and helpful. Kitchen and bathroom kept so clean and the rooms were so cosy and comfortable. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. You can cook good meals here. Felt like a new modern property rather than other dingy stays in the area."

"Everything! My room was spacious and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed. Shared facilities - bathroom, kitchen, dining area, seating areas, rooftop terrace - were exceptional. Staff and owners really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had booked for 4 nights, then thought that 3 nights would be sufficient so was going to amend, but as soon as I arrived I knew that 4 nights would be a minimum!! I could happily live here."

"The staff and owners surpassed expectations. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and also helped assist in booking tours and taxis to other locations. The room is a good size and located very close to the shared bathroom. Everything is kept in the most hygienic of conditions and the kitchen had everything we needed."

"The house is just a short ~7 min. walk to the town center in a quiet area. A bakery, grocery stores and a motorcycle rental are even closer. Check-in was seamless and the catetaker was very accommodating. Spotless clean room and kitchen made my stay exceptionally comfortable."

"Casa Mixtepek is Ian excellent value and place to stay in Juayua. There is hot water, coffee maker, a blender, super comfy sofa's to watch the smart T.V. with streaming services and a grassed terraza with a large palm tree to gaze out at the wonderful view of the mountains and countryside to enjoy. The kitchen is well atocked with everything tequired for cooking your own meal. The cada is very clean.. The hosts genuinely care about ypu. Olvi took time to talk with us about ElSalvafor and our travelling. His tour and restaurant recommendations proved to be excellent and an Uber to Santa Ana was arranged for us. Tiendas, supermarkets, restaurants, the central plaza with its weekend food festival...all within an easy and less than 10 minute walk. Do yourself a favour and stay at Cada Mixtepek."
