"Pelican Pearl is a cute and functional studio located along the Pelican Key. It’s well appointed, everything you need is there. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, we slept great every night. It’s walking distance to all the fun and activities on Kimsha Beach and restaurants and bars on Welfare Road."
"Nothing negative to say. Not having laundry facilities in the unit was a minor inconvenience, however next door neighbor, a very sweet gentleman recommended laundry service in Cole Bay (a short 10 min drive) where our clothes were accepted, and returned in 24 hours clean, pressed, folded and smelling amazing! And we did not have to take our valuable vacation time to do laundry! Great value too!"

"The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

"Wow, this is an exceptional find. The apartment was a great size, very neat and clean. It is very handy for Philipsburg either by car or by bus. A word about Rhody. What a beautiful minded lady, always ready to help and support, who even came to my rescue when I was trying to find my way to the apartment. She is dedicated to helping people settle down, very cheerful, great communications, helpful information about areas of St Maarten. And always with a smile. Apartment is big enough for a number of people, great layout, really comfy furniture, well stocked cupboards with kitchen equipment. Ample bedroom and bathroom provisions. Sadly I didn't try the swimming pool, I was out most of the time but it's a good sized pool and looked just right for chilling out in. An incredible find with a wonderful host who has become a lovely friend."
