"Skvele misto ubytovani, jste v centru, vse blizko a pritom klidna ulicka. Majitele byli vstricni, dostali jsme mapu a doporuceni, ktere chramy navstivit. Take necekane malou snidani kazdy den. Dekujeme! Pokud jeste nekdy do Ayutthaya, tak urcite vybereme stejne ubytovani."

"The owners kindly served us breakfast (bread, banana, coffee), allowing us to leave our belongings after checking out and come back later. We could use some toiletries like towels, combs, etc. Some bottles of water were free, and more were available for 10 Baht anytime. Each bed had a bed lamp and an outlet. There was a difference in level between the shower and the toilet space, which made it easier to keep the toilet dry."

"There are 3 rooms in a small building adjacent to the owners’ home. We were greeted warmly and able to leave our luggage. The location is excellent for the historical park, the night market, nearby restaurants and a 7/11. The rooms were really clean and air con and wifi worked well. We stayed in 2 of the rooms for 1 night and I would say it’s perfect for a short trip to Ayutthaya."

"Perfect location to stay a few days in Ayutthaya and explore everything by food. On arrival we got a tourist map for the Temples and recommendations which ones to visit, and they really were the best ones to visit. Room was nice (Clean, good ac, shower working, nice beds). Everything in walking distance (Temples, night Market, 7-11) And really nice hosts."

"The owner was very welcoming. I arrived with the night train in the morning and she let me sleep on the couch since all the rooms were still occupied. When I left, she dropped me off on the bus station. The location of the propriety is great. The most popular attractions are in a walkable distance."

"You will be living next door to the wonderful hosts. Water, shampoo, everything is there. The sheets smell great and the room was clean and bright. We lived our stay there. I was so excited to have a bathroom with windows. I recommend renting bikes for 60 baht down the street to the right and cycle through the gorgeous gigantic park."

"Great place to stay. Really comfortable bed. Large room and big bathroom with separate shower so the rest of the bathroom stays dry. Good shower and consistent hot water. Good quality free toiletries. Super clean. Not even a little dust or dirt. Perfect location; close to night markets but down a really quiet street. Unexpected free breakfast of fruit, toast and coffee. The couple who run it are lively and very friendly."

"This is a lovely homestay in a quite neighborhood. The owner, who are very friendly, lives next door. The senior lady even offered us free breakfast of toast, banana, tea, and coffee! The location is perfect, too. Ayutthaya Historic Park is within walking distance, as well as a 7-11 store and a night market."

"The room is a little bit basic with only the necessities. The bathroom may need an upgrade for the water flow is poor. Yet you can not ask more at the price."

"We stayed there for 5 nights in March 2023. Owner is very nice, talkative and caring. Like a grandmother. A room was nice and super clean. It is like homestay, we felt very good there. We were there almost alone so it was very quiet. There were toasts with jam available in the morning for free. Good WiFi. They gave us a lift to a railway station."

"It is really perfect for 1-3 nights. We stayed longer and worked in the afternoons. I missed some bigger shelf or cabinet in the room to put things on. There is no fridge directly in the room, but you can use a big one in the shared kitchen. Also be aware if you want to take a shower, a switch in the shared kitchen must be ON otherwise the water pressure is very very low."
