"Personál, všichni z hotelu byli velmi laskaví. Recepční Sea nám byl velmi nápomocný a stejně tak i jeho kolegyně z druhé směny, která mi pomohla zařídit taxi. Dále mi poradili, jak vybrat peníze z automatu naproti recepci. Kuchař se servírkou při snídaních byli též velmi laskaví. Ručníky byly hned v patře střešního bazénu s pohodlným posezením. Snídaně obsahovaly vše, aby každý uspokojil své chutě a byly skvělé."
"Klimatizace na pokoji byla docela hlučná, okna by mohla těsnit více a chybělo mi pohodlné sezení u stolu."

"- the rooftop and the swimming pool were closed after 22h/20h which is a shame - we were there with 1 year old twins who of course both need their own cot. the policy of the hotel is to only have one cot per room available and that we should wait till we arrive to find out if the second cot is awailable. as a reassurance they said our bed is big enough for a baby extra to sleep in. babies have some naps per day and of course not be left alone in our bed. at the end we got two cots but its still stressfull to be flying 11 hours not knowing if your baby will have a cot to sleep in"
"Fantastic hotel in the heart of one of Bangkok’s nicest neighborhoods, yet just around the corner from all the hustle and bustle. We had a wonderful night’s sleep in our deluxe room. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off after a busy day in the city. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"
