"This quant little stretch of bungalows at the end of the bustling bang bao pier was the ideal home for our stay in Koh Chang. The location proved to be very convenient, close enough to several lovely must-see beaches but far enough from any bars to interrupt a peaceful sleep on the water. The pier is lined with many nice cafés, so finding a good coffee was never hard. Even more convenient is the 24/7 seven eleven a 3 minute walk away, and a 30 second walk takes you to the leaving point for most snorkelling/fishing trips to the islands south of koh chang. I also cannot overstate how delightful the staff were, a true pleasure to stay here."

"It had a very quaint feeling around the fisherman village, a good distance away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Koh Chang. Very homely with a lovely host who gave very welcoming energy. The photos online don’t do it justice so I added some more! if you’d like to stay in a accommodation with a point of difference this is the place for you!"

"The location on Bangbao pier was amazing. The room had a door sized window which you could open to the ocean with one of those little thai mattress seats to lie on. Incredible. The staff were very kind and helpful. The deck was amazing to sit on at night. The AC room had a water heater for showering which was great too. There's also a small plaza you need to walk through to get to the pier, and it has fantastic little Thai seafood restaurants and coffee shops as well as curio and clothes stores. The snorkel and scuba trips also all depart from this pier."

"I have no complaints about the hotel. I was very happy. For me it was completely fine as I'm used to Asia, but the bed is hard and takes some getting used to if you aren't familiar with hard mattresses. For the price, I think the place is awesome and I would very happily stay there again. It is a bit far from other places, and during holiday season the songtheaws do overcharge. So getting a scooter is a good idea ONLY IF you are used to riding a scooter. The hills are incredibly steep and not at all recommended for people who have not driven a scooter or are nervous drivers. Do not drive drunk here please."

"Oceanblue is located right at the end of the 750M long Bao Bang Pier. It is surprisingly peaceful there and we loved our air con room with windows over the water. It is a great base from which to explore the market on the pier. BANG Bao Pier is well worth visiting after 10 am and before the boats return at 4pm. Ithas lots of coffee shops, dive and tourist boats and it is a great place to buy clothes or presents, as long as you avoid people whizzing thtough on mopeds."

"It is a long way to cart luggage, but you can hire a trolley and the views from the.pier make this a great place to spend a night or two."

"Om tussen de locals van de pier te zijn. En overal koffiebarretjes eettentjes winkeltjes en Streetfood dichtbij zijn. De Mensen en de uitbater zijn zo vriendelijk allemaal. Deden helemaal niet moeilijk dat ik s, Avonds buiten lekker kon kokkerellen en het eten kon delen met leuke mensen die daar ook verbleven. Wij komen graag de volgende x hier weer terug. "In het begin moesten we effe wennen aan de koude douche. Maar met deze temperaturen is het ook heerlijk om af te koelen. Bed is wel aan de harde kant"

"Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer am Ende des Ganges mit super Aussicht aufs Wasser, es war schön ruhig, es gab Kaffee gratis und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank konnte genutzt werden"
