"Spacious, comfortable room. Water and fresh towels daily. In a quiet lane off the main road. The outstanding thing about my stay was the owners. When I became ill they took me to hospital in their car, waited with me and then brought me back. And did it all again 4 days later for a follow up appointment. And drove me to the railway station the morning I checked out. They truly went above and beyond anything I expected. Fantastic!"

"Lovely friendly family run accommodation. Large very clean comfortable room and modern bathroom. Nice simple breakfast of eggs, toast, jam and coffee. Cheap group river and temple tour organised easily by hotel and was a great way to see a lot in a few hours (short stops and a welcome rough around the edges feel). Food at the night market was a stall to stall munchfest. Would definitely stay here again. Walkable to most sights. Thank you for a great stay. Kevin"

"Everything was brilliant. Massive room. Lovely soft and fresh towels. Large bathroom with segregated hot shower. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet location"

"There is no 24 hour front desk, which isn’t an issue, but we didn’t have anywhere to deposit the room key when we checked out early at 6am."

"Mosquetos kept getting into room and eating me. Possibly cos the downstairs door is left opened during the day. Despite me wearing suitable cream and burning citronella sticks I was still bitten. In and outside the hotel. In fairness, I think there are more Mozies in the General area. They seem to favour Falang blood as apposed to locals."

"It is a great place to stay if your purpose is to go to the concert at Impact. It is convenient as there is a 24hours grocery store. Food is easy to find too! There's also a 7-11 near by. Walking distance to impact is short. If you want to do some shopping, there are a lot of factory outlets store nearby with crazy deals!"

"Man konnte einen Tag zuvor das Frühstück anhand einer Menükarte wählen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Sonntags gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet, da die Anzahl der Gäste etwas höher war. Es lohnte sich also ein Buffet anzubieten. Anzumerken ist, dass man mobil sein sollte , um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung einschl. Kanchanaburi ( 18 km ) zu besichtigen. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Resort direkt am Khae Noi River, gepflegt , sauber und ruhig. Preisniveau im Restaurant ist etwas zu hoch und m.E. nicht angemessen. Das Servicepersonal war immer ansprechbar , freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"This was a great place to stay. The room was modern, clean and had just about everything we could have asked for (a plug socket at each side of the bed would have been a bonus). The communal areas were to the same standard and offered different options for relaxing. Close to night markets and the green baht bus could be hailed right outside the hotel to go into town. The beach was a short walk (about 10 minutes). The swimming pool was modern and clean, tho a bit cold (I don't think it got much/any direct sun). A small coffee shop attached to the front of the hotel was nice."

"Modern, clean stay. It’s probably one of the best accommodations they have in Chiang Mai. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. Loved the happy hour at the bar and made full use of the restaurant. (Good prices too). Good breakfast opposed to other accommodations. Good vibes, music playing always lively. The room was a good size, big bathroom, big bed. AC is strong, wifi good 👍🏾 If u want a modern stay with modern facilities then stay here, it’s close to Maya mall, bout 5-10min walk towards the main rd. There’s a closer 7/11 then the one on the main strip, just walk through the back streets, it’s bout a 5-10 min walk also and the self laundromat is 2 min walk from that 7/11 and it’s 24hrs coin operated. It’s called Oterri. But u can just google maps it and it’ll literally show u the way. There’s local food stalls that way too."
