Well Timed Hotel

"Prostorný pokoj s velkou postelí. Rychlá wi-fi pro možnost pracovat. Pár minut chůze do centra na "night market" a přímo před hotelem jezdí místní autobus, kterým se za 50 THB dostanete na Ao Nang beach. :) V hotelu je taky malá kavárna, kde mají moc dobré croissanty (který vám čerstvě rozpečou). Chtěla bych moc poděkovat personálu, který byl velmi milý a ochotný. Manžel dostal před příjezdem otravu jídlem a museli jsme tak v den příjezdu ubytování psát, že dorazíme o den později. I přesto, že změna na bookingu už nebyla možná, tak pro nás ubytování vše zařídilo a za noc, kterou jsme nakonec nevyužili, jsme nemuseli platit."

"Very comfortable beds, all clean and nice and the room was a very good size for a family of 3. Surprisingly it wasn't noisy at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not directly central, but just 10m8ns walk from the night market, and 5mins to a really good specialty coffee place. Defenitely good value for money."

We had an issue with some medicine we accidentally left at the hotel, and they immediately helped us arrange everything. The next day we already had everything we needed. Truly excellent service. "Only one thing, when I asked about transport and the cost of the service at a specific time and day, we received information about the price, unfortunately when ordering transport it turned out that after a specific hour the transport is more expensive, the so-called night tariff, which no one warned us about in advance, it's a pity that no one mentioned it in advance, there would be no surprise."
