"The coffee was awful. No water or kettle in the room. The room had been cleaned before we checked out. We went down for a short walk (with our backpacks as we did not have any other luggage) at 8 am and returned to the room at 8:45. The door was wide open and the cleaning was already finished. Unprecedented."

"After travelling around Tunisia we decided to have a couple of days respite and relaxing by the pool. Although the weather was still cool we used the pool and sunbathed. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for a planned camel trip in the Sahara Desert and the breakfast and dinner options were plentiful. Omelettes and crepes cooked to order and attentive waiting staff. Lovely. My daughter and I had 2 massages which were excellent."

"Hotel is situated in tourist region in Douz, feeling safe and close to the desert. Hotel staff is helpful and offer us massage and local tour, we decided to join the camel evening ride for an hour, it was great and enjoyable. Hotel have a very nice swimming pool, dinner and breakfast are included in buffet style. Food is enough and good. Rooms are clean with normal setting. Generally it is great to stay there."

"+ Rooms are very wonderful, comfortable, and airy. But the first day we were there, it was very windy, that some sand entered our room. + Half board (includes breakfast and dinner). + Pool area is super. They also have miniature Berber tents. + We came here independently, not as part of a tour. We want to thank especially thank Imad, who perhaps live by the hotel, to arrange our activities in the desert and for our transport to Tunis. We ended up doing everything without any other visitors. And thanks to Ali & those at the reservation table for being a helpful staff."

I think if you stay for at least three days, you would have already tried everything on offer. - Yes, you need to pay for water and the nearest supermarket at the center of town is far. But hey, at least they do sell one. - The center of town is 2 km away and you can only take a taxi there."
