"Vznikl problém s platbou při startu dovolené, což mne dost zklamalo. Pokud má hotel souhlas s úhradou z platebni karty, tak ať to provede a částku si stáhne z účtu. Je to běžné i v jiných hotelích."

"Security guard called Waleed in the entrance of the property was very rude and not professional at all , yelling to my wife and talking in a very bad attitude because of him I gave 7 instead of 10 rating the staff and thats defines how 1 person could ruin the great work that the whole team did"

"There was variety of food was delicious and hot. The room was comfortable and the bed was made daily. . On day of arrival, when our room was allocated after about 2hrs the manager Wafa saw us outside and asked if we liked our room, we mentioned we did not as we didn't have a view. Wafa immediately asked us to follow her to view other rooms. We then choose an alternative room in a different block. Karima in the dinning room was kind and attended to our needs. Leith and others at reception were helpful and always willing to help. I liked everything about itll"

"Very good food at the buffet, staff very attentive and friendly. Outdoor pool and space fab. Very welcoming environment. Inside the lobby and reception area the architecture is stunning. Overall very good value."

"Our room had been painted recently and had a strong smell of paint we slept with the balcony door open which did help. Some facilities the sauna jacuzzi etc weren't working it the Indoor pool was great."

"The room was nicely designed and decorated and was also very comfortable, spacious. The location was good with a nice beach right outside and only 10 minutes by taxi to the medina. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive especially Rafika in reception. Excellent value for money when you consider the price included full board."

"To many individual staff members to name, but from entrance security, to reception, to dining staff, to cleaners, to entertainment staff. Everyone made my stay the best possible stay it could have been"

"Huge property with some very tasty food. We changed to this beach resort at the last minute, and they upgraded us to full board with drinks included upon arrival. Our room was quite ordinary, but had plenty of space for luggage. Free sunbeds by the beach. Nice sand and very clean water. Good options for walking along the beach in both directions. Our most positive memory was the breakfast, lunch, and dinner (we are normally not buffet people at all); the quality was high across everything — both the local and international selections. Very friendly staff. Some nice areas nearby with interesting boutiques and restaurants that looked delicious."

"The water in all the pools seemed cold; no one swam there even though the sunbeds were full (we swam in the ocean). Long hotel corridors. Busy spa section — book early. The furniture on the balcony is very simple. The Medina and central Sousse are quite touristy. Be aware that you might be approached by people claiming to work at the hotel (scammers who notice your hotel wristband)."
