"Hotel má několik velkých předností - personál, který velmi dobře komunikuje, polohu, která je excelentní, cenu, která je opravdu příznivá. Navíc jsme měli zdarma snídaně, které původně nebyly v ceně. Wi-Fi byla výborná. Skvělá byla horká a prostorná sprcha. K dispozici je venku i pračka a další příslušenství."
"Postele nebyly příliš pohodlné, chyběl nám ovladač ke klimatizaci a TV (i když možná bychom je dostali, kdybychom si řekli). Navíc zvenku neustále hučela klimatizace, což bylo asi to nejhorší. Na pokoji nám chyběla rychlovarná konvice."
"Hotel Hanedan is a very pleasant hotel situated in an excellent location. I loved that it is tucked away from the noise, offering a quiet atmosphere even though it is right in the heart of the city. Being so close to the main landmarks and the tram station made it incredibly easy for me to get around and reach other parts of Istanbul. The staff is very kind and professional, providing all the necessary help during my stay. I felt welcomed, and their polite attitude made the overall experience much better. It is a well-managed place where I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast is good and offers a nice variety, which was a perfect way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place in a prime spot."

"Zayed was really helpful from the start of the booking. Helped me with the transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min walking distance to all the attraction places. The price of the hotel was reasonable and the service was beyond the expectation. I appreciate the whole crew who made my stay very comfortable and easy."
