Ottoman Time Hotel

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"The place is nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (although you will be served the same food every day and your dietary requirements will be mostly ignored), but in my opinion the quality of the service is way below what you expect for the price you pay. I must say that one young gentleman serving breakfast was exceptionally nice (the others barely speak English and seem to be bored by their job)."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Makam Meydan, at the town centre of Tarsus - Apostle Paul's hometown. Comfortable, modest-sized room and nice breakfast served by the hotel owner. The owner kindly showed me their old wine cellar. His family provided me much help when I was checking in (carrying luggage under 40 degrees weather), and directions when I was leaving for the bus station (Otogar)."
