"The room is simple and has everything needed. What truly stood out is the passion and care of Messoud for his guests. We were welcomed super warmly and felt good there. Messoud was extremely kind to let us check out late and use the shower and pool after we checked out and went to the beach. The breakfast was very big, diverse and delicious. Patara beach is absolutely gorgeous. One of the best beaches I have ever seen!"

"Convenient location, close to Patara ruins of ancient city. Lovely host welcomed us. The room had all amenities: heating, hot water, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and perfect hair conditioner (women will understand me). Didn't have dinner, but there are cafes and restaurants within 100 metres where you can grab a bite to eat. The breakfast is delicious! Thanks to the host for his hospitality, highly recommended!"

"The hosts are like family. They will welcome you open hearted and help you as much as they can for you to have the best experience in their town. The property is also very well located, you can access the historic sites, the beautiful Patara beach or the dunes quickly even by walking (30min) and the homemade food gives you such a comforting feeling! "The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
