"We stayed as a family of four in the apartments of this hotel. We really liked the staff – they were responsive, efficient, polite, and friendly. Much respect to you! You could take umbrellas and other beach accessories to the beach – this was free of charge. We were provided with water upon arrival (we arrived at night). Tea and coffee were available 24/7. The hotel’s location is excellent – about an 8–10 minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets and kiosks nearby that are open until late, and plenty of cafés. The hotel is set away from the main road in a very quiet area. The price was just excellent! That’s why we understood it wouldn’t be a prestigious hotel."

"For four people, the space was a bit limited. We had expected something more spacious. However, since we left early and only returned to shower and sleep, it wasn’t a big issue on this trip. The room is not new, which is noticeable in several ways, including some external defects. The sofa is very firm – it’s better not to sleep on it. There were few dishes (only a frying pan for cooking) and a small fridge. There was little space for belongings for four people – only one wardrobe. The balcony is small for that number of guests. There was no iron (though it was not listed as included in the room description), and the sheets seemed unpressed. These are all details that may matter to some guests more than others."

"The reception guy (he is around 30-35yo) was very kind and attentive, his English is good enough to wide topic conversation, and on the other hand he doesn't bother me with extra attention. He always gave me a piece of useful advice. Any time of the day and night he behaved himself like an ideal Hotel Administrator and I suppose all guests feel that. Thanks for him I even forgot about some small disadvantages that I discovered below. So as a result thanks to him I had a good impression about the hotel and service."

"1) The other one receptionist, an older bald man (around 50 yo) was kind of disrespectful. He stopped talking to me on the second day 😀, I don't know why. 2) The hotel facility is good, but seems like they have a very modest budget for room repair and as a result they don't takes care of the hotel state like it should be. Seems like when the hotel was built everything was great. The fountain was working, the cozy light was working, every room has a conditioner but in my room the conditioner was loud a bit. The floor is a bit damaged. The plumbing is worn out a bit. So my conclusion: the hotel needs to invest a bit more money in support of existing infrastructure at least. However everything works good, and these flaws are not so obvious thanks to the administrator who has been doing an excellent job"

"- First off, the owner is super friendly. He is a very warm host that tries his best to ensure that you are satisfied as a guest. I will not forget his efforts to find a taxi for us (because the taxi station responsible for our area were unresponsive) when we were late to the main bus station for our domestic bus ride. - Perfect location, Konyaalti beach is reachable by foot in 8-10 mins, Kaleici (old town) by taxi in 15 mins - Clean and public/private beach available nearby. We enjoyed our time in Konyaalti beach and rented sun bed and umbrella for ~5 € per person per day. - Very clean room with two A/Cs that were properly functioning in our room (we stayed in an "apartment" room which had 4 beds with a separate room and kitchen)"
