Ubytovna prošel v roce 2015 rekonstrukcí a sídlí ve starém, ale krásně zrekonstruovaném historickém sídle s mnoha původními architektonickými prvky. Hotel Urcu má celkem 12 pokojů. Všechny jsou jednoduše zařízené a zařízené v tradičním tureckém stylu. Některé pokoje mají výhled na bazén. Hostinec má velmi dobrou polohu pro objevování historických památek Kaleici a turistického centra s mnoha obchody, restauracemi a bary. Na pláž Konyaalti a k muzeu Antalya dojedete tramvají asi za 20 minut. Autobusové nádraží Antalya je vzdálené 7,5 km a letiště Antalya 16 km.

"We have had much better breakfast in other places; nicer cheeses and more fruit and veg. The only available coffee was Nescafé. But we were not charged for the few times we had breakfast there, and they gave us complementary water - so this is no complaint! It would be nice to have had good low-level bedside lamps for reading and plugs for USB charging"
