Villa Side Hotel

"Hotel je menší, velmi tichý, převážně se starší německou klientelou. Přestože je zařízení starší, hotel je velmi čistý, skvělý výběr jídla i servis, koktejly s místním alkoholem. Na soukromou pláž je to cca 5 minut cesty. Personál je pečující, usměvavý, vstřícný, ochotný. Animační programy probíhaly ve větším hotelu Villa Side Residence přes silnici, což mi vyhovovalo, protože na tomto hotelu byl díky tomu skvělý klid. WiFi fungovala skvěle v celém hotelu i u bazénu."

"Psala jsem na hotel před příjezdem a prosila jsem o pokoj s výhledem na moře, protože při rezervaci pokoje tato možnost výběru chyběla. Bohužel moje prosba zůstala bez odpovědi. Recepční mi odpověděl, že není v jejich silách odpovídat na všechny zprávy. Při vyplňování ubytovacího lístku jsem se tedy na tuto možnost zeptala a recepční mi odpověděl, že se podívá do systému. Nakonec mi sdělil, že mi dal jiný pokoj, ale dal mi ten stejný, který byl už vytištěn na ubytovacím protokolu. Bohužel vzhledem k nízkému patru mého pokoje jsem výhled neměla. Mrzelo mě, že recepční mi neřekl hned pravdu, že mi nemůže vyhovět. Myslím si, že na hotelu byly volné pokoje (byla jsem ubytovaná v týdnu a mimo sezonu), ale recepční nejspíš nebyl ochotný dělat změnu. Mrzelo mě jeho jednání. Vnitřní bazén nebyl otevřen. Jinak však nelze hotelu nic vytknout."

"Comfortable sandy beach with enough umbrellas and sun loungers. Large sunshades. Beach bar with enough food and drinks, which makes it possible to stay on the beach all day. 2 hotels are served, there are enough places for everyone. Walking distance to the sea is 5 minutes, but there is also a car that constantly carries those who do not like to walk. The food is normal, basically everything is there. There is a safe in the room, enough water and bathroom accessories. The elevator worked without problems, good internet. Beautiful lobby in the hotel and a bar that is always open. Slides for children, ice cream. Standard daily room cleaning. Water in the shower without problems and good air conditioning."

"We spent 2 weeks in another very friendly hotel in Turkey before this and then moved to Vila side. . And here's a miracle, no one speaks English! As if I came to Germany 🤨 And only one very nice, handsome guy who meets us and carries our suitcases. He is the only polite and smiling employee in this hotel with a good knowledge of English. This hotel works mainly with tourists from Germany. Don't be surprised. At the reception, you will be met by a not very friendly employee who does not really know how to greet guests. The room on the fifth floor is ordinary with a small bathroom and a tiny bathroom stall. Immediately upon entering the room, I discovered that the lock on the balcony door did not work and this is the fifth floor and I am with a child. The hotel employee who brought us to the room tried to close the lock but it was broken and politely said that the lock would be repaired. I also reminded them when I was at the reception to have the lock repaired. In the end, no one did anything and the door did not close👎🏻 a huge minus for the hotel! In the room, my child found personalized matches of the hotel, probably from previous tenants, although my room is non-smoking. Matches in the room? It's good that the child showed them to me and I took them away in time! A huge request to more carefully and attentively check the cabinets from previous guests!!! Matches are not a toy for children! In the main restaurant, the employees are different, like everywhere else! One unpleasant employee in the restaurant who was always running around, spoke loudly in Turkish, showed her unprofessionalism. Often in the evening there are no places for dinner, you had to wait for a table. Again, they speak either German or Turkish. They immediately speak German and if they see that you speak another language, they still continue to speak in a language you do not understand and then completely avoid you."

"We liked everything in this hotel - we had never stayed in such good 4* Hotels in Turkey! The hotel exceeded our expectations in food diversity, servicing of personal, waiters in restaurants were so nice and complaisant - I've never met such service before, really)) The distance from exit to the beach - I would say 250m, and even this distance you could be droven by golf-car, it drives every 2-3 minutes. Rooms were cleaned every day, all bath accessories were changed and added in time, we always had water in our fridge, which we found broken, but while we had lunch - it was changed without delay. As I told - very big diversity of food, in addition - ice cream at the swimming pool, ice cream for the dinner in the restaurant, our son was amazed with it. Clear sand beach, solid sun canopies, very warm water. Personal speak mostly Deutsch, a little bit English."

"I lowered my rating for only the reason that hotel manager will pay attention to some annoying details: 1) room conditioneers placement. If it wouldn't be blowing DIRECTLY on the beds - there would be almost nothing to write in this section. 2) I would suggest to improve sound isolation in the rooms which which look at the road and Residence hotel beyond the road - evening parties are TOO loud. We vere happy to have the room on the other side, but once we visited our friends from this "road-side" room - it is really noisy and annoying!"

"Very comfortable, close to the beach (which is sandy not rocky) and has a great over water area with plenty of deck chairs. Not hard at all to get a chair and shade. The pool was good and the water slides are actually better than they look in the photos - we are in our early 50s and our 21 year old daughter found them really fun (not too many stairs to climb ha ha). The food was amazing - my daughter has serious food allergies and they catered for her with no trouble at all. The staff were great too. The time we were there it wasn’t a crazy party hotel - the clientele were mostly older, but there was music which was good. All in all we had a great 3 days there."

"Nothing - but I think 3 days is enough. We like a bit of adventure and would have got bored after 3 days. Side is ok but there are lots of other great places in Turkey to visit so if you can go to a couple of places I’d recommend it."

"Villa Side Hotel is very pleasant to be in - by this I mean even visually, the hotel is light, pleasantly small, gives friendly vibes. Especially very friendly staff makes the stay enjoyable. The hotel is maybe 5 minutes away from private beach, but anyway there's a small golf car, which commutes constantly from the hotel to the beach and back, so at the end we walked there maybe three times in total (especially fun for kids). The beach itself is also great - fine sand, umbrellas and sunbeds for everyone and also restaurant, where food at lunchtime or drinks almost all day long is served. Food is really lovely, at the end of the second week the breakfast seemed a little monotonous, but otherwise good variety - plenty of sauces, meats, veggies, herbs, pickles, sweets, pastry."

"The only downside (from the point of view of my family members with food restrictions - gluten intolerance), there weren't many glutenfree alternatives - no GF grains (as millet or buckwheat. Rice was there always, but sometimes mixed with noodles - it is delicious, but not GF), no GF bread (which was limiting especially for the breakfasts), except fruit no GF sweet treats. Fortunately we braced ourselves for this cause and brought some things from home and later on bought some things in Carrefour."

"Good location. Good wide beach. Send is clean, no rocks, shells. A lot of space for walking, running. Food is amazing. So many activities, beverages."

"Not quite. Music was playing outside very loadly till 23.00 from another hotels nearby. Housekeepers knocked in door and showed hand with coins. Looked like asked for money. And one day they just stolen or throwed away rasor and removed card from card holder. It was unapropriate."
