"Location great, direct access to lovely beach. Grounds well maintained, nice to see some wildlife. Close to airport without being noisy. Welcome self catering facilities."
"Wi-Fi was very poor in room."
"The cabana we stayed in was lovely, very modern decor and new bathroom, plenty of hot water and kitchen well equipped. High level of cleaniless throughout the hotel and grounds. The hotel and gardens felt very safe and is close to the beach, airport and food shacks making it well situated, particularly for those not driving or with families."
"The pillows and mattress were rather hard but this may come down to personal preference. The decor of the main building and the rooms in the main building are rather dated, although in line with the photos available."
"The cabana was clean and spacious. The location was great."
"The cabana itself could do with updating. Some of the others have been updated to a great standard, so they are in the process of doing this."
"Booked for my Mom and family. She raved on how nice the staff were and that she loved her room. Thank you for taking care of my family"
"Nothing"
"lovely location for beach and the food and bar were great"
"needs a bigger shop for food shopping not a lot of variety in the one next door for the days you just want to stay in and chill"
"The location is hard to beat, stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the bar in the evening. Alexa and Shenade on reception are both amazing. The restaurant is outstanding, the bar staff are great, and the owners Richard and Cindy Lee so welcoming and friendly."
"The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned everyday."
"The cabana was very comfortable and amazingly decorated. The views and scenery was captivating, peaceful, and pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Nearby store for convenience was a plus. Really enjoyed feeding the chickens Vanilla cookies; they even brought their chicks."
"The sports equipment was run-down. The foods were expensive for average quantities and a 7.5/10 in taste. The pool was a bit too small with limited opened hours, so it gets stuffed quickly daily."

"It was clean just like in the pictures host was very friendly and made your stay even better"

"Great location, owner's pleasant personality, cleanliness, the feeling of home away from home, availability of all basic amenities, quietness, size of the accommodation, and the cost, parking on the enclosed compound added to the feeling of safety. As the first customer, the owners had a toast with me. That was great, unexpected, and exceptional. Will recommend it highly. 9/10"

"The host Hertis was exceptional, very kind to me and my family. Pick up from the airport was smooth, the room was very clean and decorative, all appliances worked well, the beds were king size and comfortable. Tunapuna had easy access to the bus route, UWI was five minutes away by transport and many food vendors, supermarkets and shops. He encouraged us to try the local doubles and to exercise. The area was quiet and people friendly. I would stay there again!! Keep u[p the good work at El Rincon."
