"Breakfast is nice. Hotel is accommodating to let us have it early. Rest of front desk staff are not very cordial except for one."

"The staff were very courteous and friendly, and tried their level best to accommodate my request, despite severe communication gap. The rooms were very clean and the house keeping cleaned up regularly whenever requested. The people at the reception were nice. Washing machines were available in case you wish to wash your clothes ( did not use, so cannot comment."

"1. There were issues due to language. The AC remote had only Chinese characters, so I could not do much adjustments. I did not use the TV so no comments on that. 2. One reason for me to book the place was the breakfast. The breakfast was available, but was limited, not any buffet. they delivered the food in room, since they did not have a dining room. The food was of good quality and was delivered in clean and appealing packaging."

"Spacious stay compared to other similar stays. Very convenient location, located close to Banqiao Station. And immediately outside the hotel there is a bus stop - fantastic to be dropped off right outside your accommodation after a long day (eg, by the Red 307 bus). The staff was friendly and offered tasty breakfast (a drink, fruits and sandwiches)."
