"The room was spacious and comfortable, with a shower that was equipped with shampoo and body wash, and a place to hold your own toiletries. We also had an electric kettle in the room, with access to free refreshments on the 5th.floor. There was also a small balcony accessible via a glass door. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor and there was a decent variety."

"We could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom in the morning, but this is not the hotel's fault, there were signs about it being prohibited indoors. It felt a bit stuffy at night, even with the air-conditioning on."

"the room was very comfortable, spacious with good panoramic views of the city. conveniently located a stone's throw from the central station so it's walkable even with luggage. breakfast was decent. A bonus is that the TV has every channel - for a foreigner, this is almost something i've never encountered which was a very pleasant surprise."

"no complaints, the hotel did a great job. my only comment is not targeted at the hotel, but at the location being that Chiayi city can be a bit hard to walk around safely with luggage as the apron around the building is often lined with things and motorcycles meaning that you'd have no choice but to actually walk on the road itself"

"Lovely little hotel in the centre of Chiayi, close to restaurants, train station, supermarket and the night market! The room and the bathroom were clean and the view out of the windows was lovely! The Internet was good, and the rooms were soundproof."

"The entrance of the building can be colored in more soft tones. There are two elevators in the building and one is in maintenance, it is quite a strange atmosphere to me. If they would like the guests to use one elevator only, they can write something else."
