"The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the front desk was open 24 hours. They answered our questions at any hour of the day and even upgraded us to a bigger room for our stay. When taking an overnight trip elsewhere, they also let us keep our luggage there!"

"The location was slightly hard to find, with only a very small sign on the building! It’s a bit further (10 minute walk) from the train station, but still a great location."

"Right smack in the middle of Ximending. Nice room. May be a little small but perfect just for sleeping. Beds clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom and toilets. You would see the staff constantly cleaning the place. 24 hours reception. Universal plugs so you don’t have to worry about travel plugs."

"Nice place, affordable price, quiet rooms at night, good temperature for sleep. The little room we had was big enough for 2 people, plus bags. Toilets and showers were good. Good location, close to ximen shops and bars, easy access to bus & trains. Can’t complain! Staff recommended some cool things too. Beitou & shifen town!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for my short stay with just carry-on luggage."

"Overall, the stay has been quite pleasant. However, as mentioned by previous guests, the air conditioning temperature is fixed and a bit chilly for sleep. I recommend bringing something warm to wear to bed, but it shouldn’t be a major issue."
