"Just a perfect hotel and I enjoyed the stay very much. It has very good location to explore the city. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room exceptionally beautiful and almost perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, the nights so peacefull. Delicious buffet breakfast was served in the morning. I plan to return next year, so this hotel will be again my place of accommodation!"

"It’s a couple of min across Taichung local mrt station and very convenient as it’s adjacent to a big mall."

"The hotel design is dated and I hear a thumping noises above me. It definitely needs restoration and redecoration especially the carpeting. Otherwise, it’s clean and the housekeeping really does a great job."

"I liked that it's close to transport and amenities. Taichung train station is just across and there is a shopping mall in the same block. The staff is friendly and very professional, they are the hotel's biggest flex."

"The room I was in looked clean on the surface .The beds and sheets were fresh and clean. However, it had dust in hidden areas such as crevices a, corners and between furniture items and under beds. As a dust sensitive person it affected me some way. I still extended my stay because,I liked everything else."

"Location is superb, its just beside Taroko Mall and in front of the Bus Station to Taoyuan Airport."

"Very good location. Easy access to train and buses and lots of food around the area and next to a mall. Good buffet breakfast provided by the hotel. Staff are really nice and attentive."

"The location was close with Station, Carefour Supermarket and lots of good restaurants. The breakfast was nice, they provided congee with fish cake and some stir fry veggies."

"There was no early check in, eventhough the room was available at 1.30pm, the receptionist guy said that I only can do early check in with extra fee. The room was spacious but the furniture was too old. The hotel needs an urgent renovation."

"A very good hotel, clean, welcoming reception, they speak english, and they let me check in also early. Coffe and Orange with snack are free at the lobby."
