"Excellent location! Can’t be beat! Right next to exit 6 (Ximen station, one stop from Taipei main station) and Red House + Ximending night market on your doorstep. Staff were also lovely."

"The shower drain didn’t empty properly, causing water to go everywhere when showering. I saw this in previous reviews thinking it was a silly thing to complain about it really was inconvenient. Walked Hotel please do look into this as it would have -for the most part- completed my trip and ensured my return next time"

"The location: The location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the Ximending area, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Its walking distance to the 'Red House' which is a must-visit in Taipei. The Ximending station is close to the main station Taipei which connects you to wherever you want to go in Taipei. The location makes the hotel the best to stay in Taipei if you want to do sightseeing there. The room: The room was actually a lot bigger than I had expected. 19 sqm. This means there was plenty of space for the bags and it didn't feel small or tight. The room was very pleasant to stay in. Staff: The front desk was friendly and accommodating."

"Finding the location: We had a hard time finding the location. It's not obvious from Google Maps, so we had to ask some people where to find it. The hotel lift has 2 entrances, and it's in one of the alleys. What the hotel could do better here is invest in better signage for people looking for the hotel to make it easier to find, or put the directions on Google Maps."

"I really appreciated the fact that they have left the key to our door, and informed us, since our arrival was at a very early time in the morning. We were able to rest comfortably after a long flight because of that. Also, the Ximending night market is literally right below the hotel. Talk about convenience"

"Lots of free amenities, bed super comfy, the location was great and employees were very helpful. Close to the metro station with lots of connections."

"Only minor comments. The carpet in the entryway was quite stained (the rest of the room had hardwood floors so it was all good). The bathroom seems to need a better vend system, the humidity left dark marks on the white ceiling. During the day you can hear music from a dance studio below but they stop at a reasonable time, it wasn‘t much of a bother"
