"Good location and very safe, 24hr security guard always outside. Apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, correct location too. Very clean and well-maintained apartment and also the building's entrance, stairs and lift. Well equipped kitchen, brand new utensils. Owner and caretaker are very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries. Good water pressure in the showers. Reasonable WiFi speed. Good size TV screen"
"No microwave oven, at this price point a microwave oven in the kitchen is a must. The price is rather high for long stays. I had to reduce my stay a bit to fit my budget. But to be fair, it's reasonable for short stays."

"Un grand appartement, qui serait suffisant pour 4, bien meublé, propre. Pas de moustiques à l'intérieur, clim fonctionnelle et ventilateurs ok, frigo ok, salle de bains ok. La sécurité est bonne, j'ai pu laisser du matériel de valeur sur place sans problème. Il y a un gardien pour l'immeuble."
"Quelques petits cafards (difficile de les éliminer complètement dans une ville comme Dar es Salaam). Pas réussi à faire marcher internet et tv. Ce n'est pas un hotel donc il n'y a pas de service, et pour payer il faut être en contact avec le logeur, et payer en liquide. Mais il est flexible, honnête et arrangeant."
