"The staff was great, we had to leave early and they brought us breakfast to our room an 6am. Location is great if you have an early flight or train. Station and airport are close by. We only stayed one short night. It was possible to pay in Euro."

"We checked in an hour early, thank you. When leaving, they allowed to leave suitcases in a special room. They sheltered an errant cat, thank you."

"There is no iron, it is justified by fire safety, but for an additional fee you can order washing / ironing. They didn't offer to clean up in a few days, but okay, we only came for the night. One morning, a cook fell ill and breakfast was canceled. I had to look for a place to eat nearby. But the breakfast money was returned, thank you."

"The location is close to the airport. There is a money exchange machine nearby where you can exchange your cash (dollar) to Uzbek Som. The room is beautiful and spacious, although the bed is a bit stiff. The owner is very responsive, they would reply to your messages instantly. They can speak basic English. They also let you store your luggages before check in and after check out. Highly recommended to stay here."

"Location was clearly marked on map and taxi apps, drivers had no issue finding the place. Place was ok as well, except that my room had poor soundproofing so any motorbike or car going past was very obvious in the middle of the night. If you're a heavy sleeper, it won't be an issue for you."

"Very polite staff. We had no problems checking in at around 3AM the counter was open. Very affordable. The hotel is located in a rather quiet area, but it's about 15-20 minutes walking from the centre of the city where one can find a bunch of cafes, shops, etc."

"Very close to the airport, clean room, well equipped bathroom with soap and towels provided, very nice breakfast."

"We arrived a bit early and even if the room was ready they wanted to charge us a huge extra. Once we refused and told them we would come back later they accepted to make us stay without paying this extra... They also came to our room to ask for check-out on the wrong day. The washing machine service is incredibly expensive and it says it is a double bed in the room but it is actually 2 simple mattresses put together so the middle is not comfortable (we called to ask if it was the case before coming and they told us it really was 1 bed...)."
