"We stayed 3 nights at Khan Hotel and it was great! It's really well located inside the old city, the room was big and comfortable with 4 single beds and one bathroom. There is AC in the room that works well. The breakfast was delicious and really rich! It was a festin. The woman who manages the place is very kind and accommodating. We could check in 2 hours in advance. All the family members were nice to us. We had a good time there, thank you for everything!"

"It was just fantastic! The people were so kind, helpful and nice to us. The atmosphere there is so cozy and you can get feel the Uzbekistan atmosphere. And the food? Omg! It was delicious 😍 you should definitely book this place if you are gonna stay in Khiva! Love it!"

"Nous avons dormi deux nuits dans ce magnifique logement. La dame qui nous a accueilli ainsi que les membres sa famille sont très gentils..ils ne parlent pas beaucoup anglais mais nous avons toujours su nous faire comprendre grâce aux applications de traduction. Nous avons été accueillis avec un thé et des fruits à l'arrivée. La chambre qui est au sein de leur logement est magnifiquement décorée. Tout est très propre. Le déjeuner est gigantesque et varié. Un hébergement que vous devez absolument réserver tant l'accueil et le service sont au top."

"La camera è dentro la casa del proprietario, è molto accogliente e con tutto quello che serve. Non ha finestre ma un buon impianto di aria condizionata e bagno con ventola ben funzionante. I letti sono comodi anche se in Uzbekistan i cuscini sono altissimi. Bagno con doccia con tenda, water e lavandino, essenziale ma comodo. Il vero valore di questo albergo è la mamma del proprietario che prepara abbondanti colazioni (anche troppo 😂), anche se non parla inglese ci si capisce e ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso! Speriamo di rivederci presto!!!"

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
