"Personál na recepci byl vynikající, oba recepční byly plyně hovořící anglicky, velice milý a nápomocní, stále se usmívali a vyšli nám vstříc s jakoukoliv prosbou. Snídaně byla dobrá, příjemný personál! Skvělý je odjez ve 12:00. Dále nám byla nabídnuta prohlídka vzdáleného města, která rozhodně stála za to! Průvodce Aziz byl milý, vzdělaný, komunikativní a věděl spousta informací o historii, které dokázal podat zajímavým způsobem a neměl problém se přizpůsobit naším potřebám."

"I would like to highlight the professionalism and, above all, the extraordinary kindness of Aziz, the receptionist at the Meros Hotel in Bukhara. He provided us with exceptional service, going far beyond his role: sightseeing tips better than a guidebook, invaluable information (synagogue, kosher restaurants), help with taxis, always completely selfless. We had a very early morning flight, and he even opened the breakfast room especially for us. I have never experienced such a high level of service, so humane and generous. Aziz is a remarkable person whom I will not forget."

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent: all the main sights of Bukhara are within walking distance, so it was very easy and pleasant to explore the city on foot.
