"English and Russian worked. The breakfast was reasonable. Helpful staff with taxis. This accommodation was one of 2 out of 7 hotels that offered us registration slips which are now demanded (a) for subsequent hotel stays, and (b) by the Immigration upon leaving the country. This seems to be new regulations, an three Immigration officers had lenghty discussions whether to let us out of the country with the two slips we had without fining us some indefinite sum "for loosing the slips" which we objected strongly to because nobody had explained the issue to us, and most hotels ignored this (new) requirement. Hopefully hotels will assists their guests in this respect, too, by explaining the importance of these registration slips and, of course, make them ready for departing guests as a matter of course. Credits to this hotel for its attention to this detail."

"Wonderful man at reception found me a room with the minimum number of stairs and carried my luggage up. Very comfortable mattress and large bed in a large light room with opening windows. Location is central but restaurant offerings limited."

"Lift is still broken after months. Not well managed. Loud aggressive argument with a builder in the foyer.for an hour. Hotel badly needs an overhaul and a good scrub, broken shower, but it looks like work has at least started. Luggage put in the corner of the lobby, no locked storage."

"The staff, room, reception, sauna and restaurant were all very good. Our room was very large with good space for all 3 of us, and a nice space to both relax and work. The bath room was spacious too with a good shower and bath. Breakfast was an extensive buffet and delicious. Really enjoyed the sauna. Very good internet. Absolutely excellent customer service. Very happy to recommend Premier Hotel."

"We chose this hotel for the spa and swimming pool. Whilst the spa was very good, the swimming pool was out of service for treatment. That said, the staff were wonderful and the next day had booked a taxi to the train station at no cost to us and without any prompting. Excellent customer service."
