"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

"Ubytování je v krásných prostorných vilách na stráni s krásným výhledem na moře. Kuchyňka je velmi dobře vybavená a můžete zde uvařit cokoli Vás napadne. Všechny pokoje jsou velmi prostorné, včetně velké koupelny, zde nás velmi zaujala i doplňující venkovní sprcha, kdy se po návratu z pláže můžete venku osprchovat a přitom se díváte na palmy v zahradě nebo na moře v zálivu. Ohromila nás velká terasa s jídelním stolem a hlavně postelí, kde můžete přes den a nebo večer relaxovat ve dvou a sledovat třeba západ slunce. Za nás naprosto skvělé ubytování !!!"

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Had an Great stay at Casa Karibu. The house was clean and had amazing views. Daily house cleaning staff was a pleasure to be around. Planning activities was a breeze and Laurie was always a text away to assist."

Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

Klimatizace byla pouze v ložnicích a tak v hlavní obytném prostoru bylo velmi teplo.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

You can watch the sunset over the river and enjoy the laid-back vibe. The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

it was perfect.

"Vila byla čistá, bylo dost ručníků, ložního prádla a lůžkovin. Vila je dobře vybavená a vše bylo funkční. Dostatek koupelen a wc a vše čisté. Obývací pokoj dostatečně velký pro tolik lidi 👍 Všechny pokoje byly dostatečně velké. Na sjezdovku Frymburk to je 5 minut. Určitě bychom se tam klidně vrátili. 👍"

V nejvyšším patře, kde jsou ložnice jsme nebyly spokojený se spínáním topení. Pronajímatelka se to pokoušela s námi řešit a psala nám i jestli se to zlepšilo. V ostatních místnostech a na chodbách bylo krásně teplo 👍

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

The room with the twin beds has a little mold smell and it's in the back of the villa my girls didn't want to sleep there

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient
