"I had a very pleasant stay at this charming small hotel located right in the center of Old Town Pristina. The location is perfect — just a short walk to many historical sites, cafes, and local shops, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and their flexibility with check-in/check-out times was much appreciated. They were always available to answer questions or offer suggestions on what to see and do in the area. The hotel has a cozy, personal feel to it, and although it's not a luxury property, the warm hospitality more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a central and friendly place to stay in Pristina."
"The room was clean and cozy, though there were a couple of small drawbacks. There’s no cable TV — only Netflix is available, which might be limiting for some travelers. Also, the shower was quite small, and the shower head leaked a bit, which made it less comfortable to use. Overall, these were minor issues compared to the great location and service."
