"Guys, u have to visit this place. Family and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breathtaking sea views. Jacuzzi was a plus. Clean pool. Definitely will be back. Real value for money"

"CodsView Beach House is well taken care off and much loved, everything was just perfect. I took my two doggies with, and they thoroughly enjoyed the garden. Waking up in the morning and having our coffee out on the deck was such a spoil. Thank you, Bev, for the friendly handover of the keys and for making us feel welcome. You really made our stay special."

"We loved the following about the property: -hearing the waves crashing against the shore from every spot in the house -the generous proportions of each room in the house -the braai facilities on the deck -the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily -the security system -the location which is quiet -close to the stunning Pennington main beach -the owner of the property Bev and partner Debbie who were both extremely helpful and professional"

"I stayed at AppleBee in November 2025. The communication beforehand was very smooth and Jeannine was always quick to reply and help out with any questions. All the staff was very kind and Tony makes sure your on site stay runs smoothly. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Since it was a longer stay it was nice that we were able to cook in the cottage as well. The pool was also a very nice extra. The breakfast was very tasty, if you're not yet sure to book it I would definitely recommend it. If I'm returning to Makhanda I will definitely come back here."
