"The staff are very friendly. The room clean, downstairs would have been easier. But loved being in the trees listening to the birds. It was great having a clean car in the morning, by a very friendly staff member who proudly informed me that he had cleaned my car!"

"This was my second time staying at Cranberry overnight, and the customer service was fantastic as usual. The room was good with great facilities, but I had booked the deluxe family room, and I guess was expecting a little more. The wi-fi was strong and fast, which is a huge plus. The floor was fully carpeted and there were some pretty rugs."

"The view from the room was perfect, very quite at night for someone who wants to rest. Rooms and bathroom spacious enough for a couple and a cousy balcony. Thanks to the guy who works in the parking yard who voluntarily washed our car, we did not have to stress about going to the car wash but pay for the available service."
"More information regarding available services upon checkin would be helpful. The surroundings could also do with a bit of cleaning along the walk way, even areas that are not in use towards spa area to allow free movement. I was not impressed with dinner, we ordered chicken curry which was very blunt, we thought fresh chillie or coriander would help but there was none. It was not nicely prepared and the rice served was not basmati."
