"Ubytování se nachází mimo centrum, takže je potřeba počítat s aspoň 20-30 minutami chůze nebo s taxíkem (za směšně málo peněz). Nachází se ale o to blíž letišti. Samotné ubytování bylo velmi čisté, s pohodlnými postelemi a hezkou koupelnou. K dispozici byla také společná kuchyně s úložnými prostory a vybavením. Wifi připojení fungovalo bez problémů. Dostali jsme čisté ručníky, pantofle, kartáček i pastu na zuby. Na pokoji byla klimatizace, která se dá použít i jako topení, které jinak chybí. Komunikace s majitelem přes Whatsapp byla bezvadná – přiletěli jsme pozdě v noci a vyzvedl nás domluvený taxík, přičemž pán nám i pomohl s check-inem. Po check-outu jsme si mohli batohy nechat zadarmo na ubytování a vyzvednout si je až před odletem. Od majitele jsme i dostali tipy na výlety a restaurace, které stojí za to navštívit. Rozhodně doporučuji a rád se sem někdy vrátím :)"

"George the owner was unbelievably helpful and kind to us - offering lots of good advice and helping us to make arrangements for our trip. He also accommodated our request to check in early after an overnight train. The property is conveniently located for the train station / metro and it’s fast to get into the centre. We were getting ready to go hiking and so appreciated that there are good shops nearby for food and equipment. The rooms are comfortable and it’s nice to have some kitchen facilities."

"I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner."
