"Velmi pohodlný, moderně zařízený byt s terasou s výhledem na Ararat. Blízko centra, v pěší dostupnosti. Vedle je supermarket a obchod s ovocem a zeleninou . V bytě výkonná klimatizace, kompletně vybavená kuchyně, pohodlné matrace, rychlý internet . Na uvítání láhev vína a ovoce. Majitel velmi vstřícný ."

"Great view, short walk to centre, comfortable and well equipped. Balcony is epic. Each room has air con, kitchen has all cooking utensils, oven, microwave and fridge. Two toilets and washing machine. Cable TV."
"Nothing, but having a coffee machine or simple french press would be ideal. There is a Turkish coffee pot but I don’t know how to use it."
"The apartment is very clean and spacious, located near the city center. It's quiet inside. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fruits on the fridge :) The underfloor heating is great, and you can also regulate the temperature as you wish. We had everything we needed and more. The grocery store is very close and open until midnight. I liked the modern interior also. But the main advantage is the stunning view and the host. Many many thanks to the owner, he is very kind and extremely helpful. I hope to come back and stay a bit longer!"

"The living area is bright and airy. Beds are very comfortable. A beautiful apartment and complex. Two bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great. It was occasionally noisy.Could hear other residents above but that's the way it's with units designed as such. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was also convenient."

"Very beautiful and comfortable apartment with an exceptional view of Mount Ararat from the balcony. The Mountain View Apartment is only a short walk away from Republic Square. The host is very nice and provided a basket with delicious apricots and peaches at my arrival. Also a bottle of Armenian wine was waiting for me in the refrigerator. I can very much recommend this place!"

"非常满意的一家住宿。很新，厨卫设备很齐全完善，碗碟杯子足够。很干净整洁。很舒适。楼下停车方便。旁边的楼下有2家小超市。我们4人住了3晚，都在这里自己做晚餐和早餐。房东非常友好！冰箱里给我们预备了1瓶很好喝的半甜葡萄酒和1盘新鲜葡萄。虽然天气不是很好，但我们在露台看到了雪山。因为以后补充我们的照片。"
