Apartmány v Arménii

"Clean and staff were very friendly. Large room and large bathroom. Enough space to store the clothes."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Velmi vstřícný přístup ze strany hostitele. Na základě našeho požadavku zajištěn parking v nedalekých garážích. Po příjezdu jsme dostali základní instruktáž a doporučení jaké jsou možnosti aktivit a vyžití v lokalitě a okolí. Lokalita je velmi příjemná na hlavní ulici docházkové vzdálenosti centra i místní pláže. Aparmán je zasazen do skály a i bez klimatizace měl v horkém dni velmi příjemné vnitřní klima."

Přístup po strmých schodech by mohl pro někoho s pohybovým omezením představovat komplikaci.

"A tastefully furnished hotel with very kind and friendly owners who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, even in challenging conditions. The restaurant is beautifully designed and very welcoming. The room is simple but has everything you need. Good location, close to Volo Volo!"

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Such a lovely, wise and amazing lady. She went above and beyond the expectations we had and helped us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is amazing with a lovely view. I will 100% book the same place if I am in La Paz again"

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"Ihned po příchodu nás uvítal příjemný pan hostitel, proběhly welcome drinky a následně nám udělal výklad o možných turistických cílech v okolí a poměrně přesně popsat jejich obtížnost na techniku a fyzičku. Poloha ubytování je výborná, 10 minut pěšky od pláže u jezera Bohinj a k ostatním turistickým cílům v okolí do 15 minut autem."

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"Klidná lokalita, velice příjemní a vstřícní majitelé. K dispozici kajaky i plovací vesty. Bazén na osvěžení skvělý, čistý. Majitelé mají dva psy, byli to příjemní společníci a doprovázeli nás i na pěší procházky. Vybavení kuchyně dostatečné."

Bohužel zátoka, kde se nedá koupat. Je zde mnoho komárů a jiné havěti. Přijeli jsme domů hodně poštípaní.

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

"Krásný, prostorný apartmán s velkou terasou a úchvatnými výhledy, vybavený vším, co jsme potřebovaly. Dog friendly. Strategické umístění pro naše výlety autem do okolí, od apartmánu možno podnikat i spoustu pěší turistiky. Příjemná, milá, komunikativní majitelka, tak i její rodiče, bydlící v domě. Určitě se ráda vrátím."

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"Měli jsme trochu problém s dohledáním adresy, neb v Jerevanu vidíte málokdy čísla popisná a vstup do domu je ve dvoře. Při prvním pohledu v bytě jsme si říkali, jo, super, na druhý pohled jsme už zjistili nějaké nedostatky ve vybavení. Ale nevadilo, napsali jsem si ubytovateli a během dne nám chybějící věci byly doplněny. Na druhou stranu v bytě najdete např. i bačkůrky, což není standart. Náš byt se nacházel v 10.patře, takže pěkný výhled na město, hned za rohem od náměstí, v pěkné čtvrti. Pohodlná, měkká postel. V kuchyni základní vybavení."

Není to vina ubytovatele, ale ve vedlejším bytě žije paní, která je nedoslýchavá a pouští si TV hooodně nahlas.

"Ubytování bylo nad očekávání krásné a pohodlné, u jedné z nejkrásnějších pláží na Mahé. Majitelka, paní Solana je velice příjemná, ochotná a se vším pomůže (pronájem auta, taxi, karta na bus atd...). Obchody a restaurace cca 600m, asi 8 minut chůze. Doporučuji!"

Přístup je do kopce, ale je krátký, takže to moc nevadí.

"As I said before, great location near Gulshan 1 circle, big self-contained apartments and breakfast buffet"

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"My stay was great. We got lost due to not having data connectivity in Malawi. Mercy went out of her way after I called her to meet us and pick us up and guide us to the location."

"Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε μικρή απόσταση από Σύνταγμα, Ερμού, Μοναστηράκι, Πλάκα και Κολωνάκι. Όμορφη διακόσμηση και διάθεση βασικού εξοπλισμού."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"1. 10/10 on locationCentrally located, easily accessible via public transit (taxis and metro). 2. Airy, nice large windows and true to pictures. It had all the things one may need during travel or extended stay. Would recommend to family and friends. 3. Host tried their best to answer our queries"

Can do with minor repairs in the washroom like the shower head kept popping out

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"Nice small apartments for a short work trip, maybe not the perfect one if you go for holiday but still nice. position is very close to the city center and to the coast. very quiet and very clean."
