"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - close to everything we needed, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. A special thank you to the staff - they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always open for communication. They were helpful with recommendations and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The decor in the hotel was very chic, extending to the rooms which are comfortable, clean and have everything you need for a city stay. Location is very good too, being right next to the entrance for the U3 subway. The main city sights of the Rathaus, Kunst museum, Hofburg palace with the Sissi museum and Spanish horses are all in relatively easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. As vegetarians in a city of enthusiastic meat eaters, reception gave us two excellent recommendations for places to eat. All together a great two night stay. I would recommend and return."

"I loved the location! Literally right beside the underground. We were steps away from shops and restaurants. The decor in the hotel and rooms is so so pretty. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great to and a lovely touch. We did not get to use the relaxation area but we have a look at it and it looked really nice. The staff where so friendly and helpful and were able to ask any questions we had"
"The only negative I had was it took over 5minutes for my shower to heat up.. but apart from this I have no issues or complaints at all"
