"Cleanliness, facilities (fully equipped kitchen, common areas, outdoor space, hand laundry and drying facilities, bikes for free, also SUP, parking for rented car, good strong hot shower and many bathrooms/wc), equipment, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, very good location (supermarkets, Main Street, Friday night market and park, museum and Long Beach all at walking/bike distance), good AC both in the room and in the living room. Excellent communication with the owner/manager Jee before, during and after the stay, very responsive, extremely helpful (day trips, recommendations, plugins adaptors, etc) and friendly. Very quiet. We stayed for 8 nights but we have stayed much longer, ideal for long stays and probably the best quality/price ratio in Koror. I really recommend! (And contrary to other reviews, indeed there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood but they don’t cause any problem)"

The acoustics. I had to come out several times to ask for music or speaking volume to be reduced as it would echo throughout the building to my room when I was trying to sleep.

"1) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!"

No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.

"This hotel was absolutely charming. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and everyone was incredibly helpful and chill from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, the beach, the food… honestly, everything. A special mention to Rudi at the breakfast restaurant — she was truly lovely and made my morning better with the delicious mimosa she prepared for me. I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and the team helped me move everything seamlessly to my new room. Since it was raining and I was leaving that day, they even proactively offered to put some of my clothes in the dryer because they had been hanging outside, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to go back. Waking up to those views is something I’ll never forget — everything was just perfect."

"Everything was ok, the accommodation is very near to the airport, only about 15 minutes walk, so it´s great if you have long hours to wait for your next flight. Also, you can find many restaurants and cafeterias around and the neighborhood looked good and safe."

"The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. "Dům je v zahradě, takže můžete v klidu posedět. Byli jsme tam sami, tak jsme se ani s nikým nemuseli dělit o kuchyň. Paní sice anglicky neumí, ale vše ochotně ukáže, má připravené a je moc milá. Auto parkuje u domu na pozemku. Až půjdete na lanovku na hrad, , parkujte nad motokrosovou dráhou. Je to zadarmo, dostatečně velkéi na větší auto (obytné), je tam veřejný záchod a k lanovce je to kousek lesem."

"Comfortable, quiet and safe well appointed villa/ B&B in suburb of Belize City. Francoise, the owner. has been resident in Belize for many years and takes a personal interest in her guests’ stays. Staff are great. Restaurant nearby. $10 taxi ride to the city centre."

Nothing. Good accommodation options are limited around Belize City and the airport and this is a great choice.

We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

"Opravdu milý hostitel. Paní připravovala každý den snídani, která byla báječná a vždy jsme snídali něco jiného. Atmosféra byla přátelská a měli jsme možnost poznat i ostatní hosty z celého světa. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Je to odtud blízko na nejznámější atrakce a turistiky. Toto ubytování doporučuji všemi 10."

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"It felt like a little haven to come home to, somewhere quiet away from the city! The owners (Raquel and her father Jorge) are truly lovely and the staff are always happy to help with anything. I felt very safe staying here especially with the gated entrances. The garden was beautifully kept, consisting of tropical plants and flowers. The food was fresh and the staff made lunch and dinner if requested too. AC worked well, shower was hot, bed was comfy! I unfortunately got struck down with food poisoning on my last day, so we needed to check out later than expected so I could rest - they didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked and even provided me with some fresh watermelon/bread upon request. I sadly left a pair of my special earrings in my room too, and when Whatsapping Raquel, she confirmed her staff had found them and very honestly kept them safe so I could arrange shipping to the UK!"

Nothing we didn’t like, bear in mind it’s a B&B so make sure you get water bottles for the room etc which you can buy there for $1, there isn’t a safe in the room either if you’re considering bringing valuables (not that I didn’t feel safe with my belongings there).
