Bed and Breakfasts v Nepálu

"The balcony was vast, convenient for reading a book or taking a drink/meal, and with excellent view. The hosts were cordial and extremely helpful."

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"The host, Andrae was super friendly and helpful, I was able to check in a bit late, he also organised an early morning taxi for me to get to the airport. The location is great, right in the middle of Philipsburg and just minutes walk from the beach. You're surrounded by restaurants and shops. Price was excellent."

Room and amenities are simple, but for this price and location you can't complain.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Krásný penzion na tichém místě. Ocenili jsme malý kuchyňský kout kde ale bylo úplně všechno. Člověk si mohl ohřát, dokonce i uvařit jídlo. Byla zde káva, čaj i cappuccino. MHD cca 2 minuty chůze."

Jediný co bych vytkla je že je to tu málo odhlucnene. Ale jinak vše dokonale.

"Naprosto fantastické ubytování. Úžasná lokalita kousek od mola. Čisto, voňavo a denně uklizeno. Jako uvítání byla lahev proseca. Snídaně též naprosto dostačující a ohromný klid. Měli jsme deluxe a výhled na molo úžasný. Jako třešnička na dortu byl bazén a na střeše terasa pro opalování. Vřele opravdu vřele doporučujeme..."

"We had the best time of our trip here! Finally some connecting with other travellers during a group dinner. The hosts are super sweet and make you feel like at home. The rooms and beds are superb and the view is incredible. Definitely recommend!"

"My second time staying at the wonderful St. James Guesthouse. Returned back after 3 years, and it was even more wonderful than what I remembered. The owner along with all of the employees are absolutely lovely. You truly feel at home with a lovely family like atmosphere. The rooms are authentic and have exactly what you need. Enjoyed having Netflix on the TV along with Aircondition in the room. Breakfast was delicious with great additional options you pay a cheap price for. Location is the best in Roseau, next to a car rental, walkable distance to everything (Ferry terminal, Markets, Restaurants/bars, Local busses to Portsmouth or Trafalgar). Cannot recommend this place and the employees enough. One of the many gems in Dominica! Thanks to the team once again 🙏"

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

地點比較偏僻一點

"The host was very kind. The property was very cleaned. I had to leave super early to the airport, the owner got up so early to prepare food for me to eat on the way to the airport. He was super kind."

It is a bit out of the town but ok if you have a car. If there are many guests you will have to queue to use the shower room and toilet as it is a shared Barth room property.

"Moc pěkný a pohodlný apartmán za rozumnou cenu kousek od lanovky a sjezdovky. Přívětivé pro rodinu s malým dítětem - k dispozici postýlka, židlička, přebalovací podložka. Velmi dobře vybavená kuchyňka."

Měkké matrace na postelích. V kuchyni by se hodily nějaké prázdné police na jídlo.

Vynikající strava, příjemní, vstřícní a velmi ochotní majitelé servírují obrovské množství chodů, příloh, ochutnávek - zde nezhubnete :-) Poloha v minivesničce Khe je trochu mimo trasu hlavního treku Adishi - Iprari - Ushguli, ale z treku tam vede zajímavá zkratka, takže to nijak nevadilo. Vedle domu je prastarý kamenný kostelík s úžasným interiérem."

Třílůžkový pokoj, který jsme dostali, zatím nebyl renovovaný, ostatní dvoulůžkové pokoje renovované byly. Ale majitelé se ohromně snaží a vedle již staví nový dům.

"Excellent location right on the ski slope and very friendly hosts. The accommodation is extremely clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent. WiFi works well, and the property has a ski storage room. Fantastic value for money."

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"Skvělé místo, klid, pohodlné ubytko jak pro stany, karavany tak v posteli. Majitelé jsou sympaťáci co Vám vyjdou vstříc, přîště už nebudu ani hledat a jedem rovnou sem. Jo a okolí.... to je uplná nádhera."

"Everything was superb. Room, nice and clean. Breakfast delicious. Pool area really nice. Distance from the beach 2 minutes. Hosts super friendly."

Everything was perfect.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

A água da piscina podia ser mais bem cuidada, mas nada que comprometesse o mergulho.

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"Ubytování kousek pod hradem ve staré části města. Paní milá. Snídaně výborná."

Horší k nalezení, ale paní nás ochotně odnavigovala po telefonu a počkala na nás po cestě.

There’s no full kitchen available — just a small area with a microwave and an icebox. But considering the cost, it’s still a good deal.
