"Výborná snídaně, hotel u pláže, ručníky, lehátka, slunečníky zdarma na pláži i u bazénu. Restaurace a bar v hotelu. Výborné míchané drinky i freshe. Parkování v hotelu za poplatek. Kousek od hotelu “monacká zatáčka”:-) Pobyt jsme si moc užili .. děkujeme"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Přistýlka silne nevyhovující - záda bolela z prolozeneho lůžka a při každém pohybu hrozně skripala. Příbory nestačily pro 4 ubytované, ale to by se asi dalo řešit s recepční. Trochu horší je to také s parkováním, není dostatek míst.

"Hotel se nachází na kopci a není úplně snadno k nalezení ve spletitých ulicích. Poskytuje ovšem nádherný výhled i pěkný bazén a posezení v restauraci. pokoje jsou čisté, pohodlné, ale jsou menší. Výhodou je parkování přímo u hotelu."

Pozornost obsluhy v restauraci by mohla být větší, a když v jídelním lístku nabízejí frapé překvapí, když číšník netuší, co chcete. Ale je to drobnost v jinak příjemném hotelu.

"Affordable price.. location.. view.. amazing reciption staff.. i think the breakfast boufe is the best in kuwait... the bed is so comfy.. chick in took only 1 minute with a very nice smile from the 2 ladies were in the front desk."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind."

The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

"Jedinečné místo a pláže, kde si můžete vychutnat karibský drink, v areálu hotelu palmový háj s rybníčkem, kde v noci kvákají žáby a ve dne je loví ptáci, vstřícný personál. Hotel z přelomu 60-70.let minulého století, místy připomíná tehdejší atmosféru - některými kusy nábytku a dalším vybavením, zejména kolem recepce a v pokojích... Krásné rozkvetlé zahrady. Vlastní parkoviště pro vypůjčený vůz."

S ohledem na stáří hotelu je vidět jeho opotřebení, potřeboval by už rekonstrukci a modernizaci vybavení. Na pokoji nefungovala televize, což nám ani tak nevadilo, ale s klimatizací, která byla funkční jen 2 dny ze 4 to bylo horší. Zaměstnanci jsou vstřícní, i když mnohdy řeší věci s pověstným karibským "klidem", kdy na vše včetně obsluhy v baru je dost času... Přes tyto vady na kráse hodnotíme pobyt pozitivně.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwach.

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Všichni, kteří pracují v hotelu, a se kterými jsme se setkali, byli více než milí - Srbové jsou skvělý národ, prostě Slované (jako my). Hotel je starší, ovšem s ohromným kouzlem a atmosférou. Pokoj byl velmi příjemný a prostorný. Zvláště chci pochválit matrace - spaní bylo velice pohodlné. Novi Sad je skvělé místo, myslím, že bych tu klidně mohla i žít. Škoda, že jsme jen projížděli a byli na 1 noc. Jednou se určitě vrátím na delší čas. Děkujeme!"

Jediné co mi trochu vadilo, byla zašlá plíseň ve sprše a chybějící zásuvka v koupelně - nebo jsem jí možná jen nenašla, kdo ví🤣 To jsou ovšem jen maličkosti, celkový dojem to nezkazilo!

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Jídlo bylo vynikající a velký výběr. Personál v restauraci byl v první polovině báječný, milý, usměvavý a velmi přátelský. Poté, co se vyměnila směna tam byli číšníci, kteří si nás moc nevšímali. Asi bych nemusela mít 2x týdně jídlo mimo restauraci na pláži. To mi přišlo zbytečné a nekomfortní jak pro hosty tak pro personál."

Personál na recepci byl velmi neochotný a nedostatečně řešil problémy s klimatizací, případně požadovanou slevou za pobyt v důsledku tekoucí a neopravené klimatizace. Slunečníky a lehátka jsou dost blízko sebe, takže když si vedle vás lehne někdo cizí, kdo třeba kouří nebo má nahlas puštěnou hudbu nebo fotbal, tak je to velmi rušivé. Také by stálo za to, aby alespoň několikrát v týdnu uklidil personál řasy vyplavené spolu odpadky na pláži, byla by tak čistší i voda na koupání. Byla jsem moc zklamaná, že tam hned vedle hotelu parkují vodní skútry, které smrdí, jsou hlučné a často jezdili velmi nebezpečně, když plavete v moři. O močení domorodých na kameny a skály přímo na pláži ani nemluvím. Je to škoda, že se to místo takto zkazilo. Před 10 lety to byla oáza klidu.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)
