"Breakfast was served and costed as if it were a major meal. I just wanted some fruit and some toast. Between two of us, we had two teas, one French toast, and one pancakes: this came to $57.00 (including a $17.00 service charge). Few guests seem to have breakfast but bought pastries from the nearby gas station. Two years ago, the hotel served a more conventional hotel breakfast."

"Nice large rooms with amazing ocean views. The beach was one of the best on the island plus it was private. Staff were very polite and always willing to help. There is a bus stop right outside which makes it easy to grab a bus and head anywhere on the island. Restaurant is brilliant."

"Housekeeping could be better. One day our room was not done, next day the towels were picked up from the floor and hanged up dirty. The hotel is a bit secluded, far from many places of interest."

"Azure is a new hotel on the island, which has stunning views of the ocean from many angles. The restaurant Surf for dinner although pricey it is good quality. Staff are super helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Most of Bermuda is also like this generally. Free Yoga was excellent and so was the sauna. Cocktails were dreamy! The highlight is definitely the ocean sea room view waking up every morning to that view was something else! Equally the ocean infinity pool down the beach is also stunning and great for snorkelling when the sea is calm. A truly wonderful hotel and we would come back!"

"Although I’ve given this review 10 stars there are small things that they could improve on to actually make it better than 10/10. 1) there is not enough umbrellas by the beach nor any at the rooftop pool. Considering how hot it gets this is not great for customers. 2) they could do with a steam room they do have a sauna. 3) gym is nice but a little too small and quite a lot of people were using it daily in the early morning 4) The worst thing for us was breakfast, way too pricey, way too small in terms of portions and quite frankly not good enough in terms of quality. We skipped breakfast because of this most mornings and ventured elsewhere, it’s a shame because dinner at the surf is totally different, they should offer a buffet perhaps and just include it as part of the stay. 6) the hotel has lots of stairs, we are young and fit but for those with mobility issues you would struggle to move around the hotel given no lifts ect."

"The room had a jaw-dropping view and everything was just so modern and new and shiny. Beautiful, clean architecture, integrated well into the cliff. A heated towel rack in the bathroom was almost too good to be true. Also, the seawater infinity pool right by the beach is just amazing. And as the beach is surrounded by cliffs and access points are limited it is nice and quiet there - no hordes of other tourists. Getting back up to the room from the beach is a bit of a (2 minute) “hike”, i.e. don’t go if you can’t do steps or steep hills - but absolutely 100% worth it. SO beautiful!"
