"This was NOT the hotel's fault, but they didn't have a record of one of my two room reservations when I arrived, even though I'd received confirmation for both from Booking.com. Fortunately, the hotel wasn't full that night. I don't know what happened, and neither did they. I will now double check my reservations in advance with the establishment rather than trust Booking.com. If it happens again, I see no point in using this site."
