"It was very clean even though it is very dated. Good value for money and close to highway. Owners are friendly."

"This was a very good room. I had to spend an entire month there due to a house fire, and the entire experience was absolutely stress free. The owners are very hospitable and polite, and made me feel very welcome. The location is a short walk from downtown Sackville. It's not as far out as it may seem at first. There is also an interesting waterfowl park nearby. I would ignore any negative reviews. Some people like to cause issues. 🙄 Mosquitoes may be an issue in the summer, but an Off mosquito coil lit up outside the room door took care of that issue for me. Sackville IS on the edge of a marsh. Mosquitoes will happen in the summer."
"The only issue I had during my entire stay was the wifi internet speed. It can be a little slow at times. But otherwise, it worked fine. If it gets too slow, just mention it to the staff/owners."
