"Really great place to stay in Port Renfrew, the chalet had everything you needed and a great view from the balcony. Very quiet area which really felt like you were staying in the middle of nowhere!"

"We had a power cut for a few hours in the evening which meant we couldn’t cook what we had planned and had to light some candles but wasn’t too bad."

"Very cozy, felt like home. We wanted for nothing in terms of amenities. Very thoughtfully done. The view from the deck was amazing! The caretaker was very sweet and had a lot of great recommendations on what to do."

"Great place to stay. Use the barbecue, fire pit and propane fireplace. Spent as much time as possible outside but the cottage was comfortable and clean and beds comfortable. I would go back."

"We were not in the main building, but this wasn't a bad thing as their might have been more stairs. Bed was comfy, room wasn't a bad size, but we found out they do not clean the room or change towels etc during your stay. But if you ask reception, they can arrange this to be done. We needed our room hoovering as due to the snow, everywhere had been gritted and this left bits of grit in your room, under your feet. Breakfast had everything you would need to start your day, and a bonus is tea, coffee and hot chocolate on tap and free all day. They do only have 9 parking spaces, and its first come first served. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere so leave your car parked, we even walked to an ice hockey game without any bother. And the bonus is, if you do the Haunted Kingston tour, you do visit the hotel!!!!! ;-)"
