"Facilidade com passeios. O hotel é um ponto de saída de passeios para Isla Mujeres e Chichen-Itzá, por exemplo. Além dos hóspedes, aparecem pessoas de outros lugares para embarcar na praia que aparece nas fotos do anúncio, que é literalmente a “prainha”do hotel. Então foi muito cômodo fechar o passeio no hotel, tomar o café da manhã e já sair dali mesmo para Isla Mujeres."

"Ubytování jsme vybrali z důvodu blízkého autobusového nádraží ADO, odkud se dostanete na letiště nebo iných částí Yucatánu. Ubytování je v centru Cancúnu, kde je mnoho restaurací nebo stánků s jídlem a dobrotami. S pokojem jsme neměli problém a jako bonus byl trezor na pokoji. Odlétali jsme pozdě večer, zavazadla jsme mohli nechat v prostoru před recepcí s recepční s nejzhezčím úsměvem na Yucatánu. Ubytování jsme použili opakovaně. Na pláže je to ale dále."

Staff where very good, the manager was incredible , as we didn’t speak Spanish & would take time typing on google translate , Carmen spoke fluent English, she was able guide us with everything we required from food places, excursions & travel. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much as we did if it wasn’t for her"

"The location of the hotel was very good. You can wak to downtown in 10-15 minutes. The rooms were big, the beds were confortable. There was a coffee machine but there was no coffee in the room. It would be much better if they had put some for use. The shower wasn't that good, it looked old and the pressure wasn't that much. The hotel has a really nice garden and a cafe/restaurant where you can have something to eat. There is also a very small pool in the garden and some sun beds."

"The room was a good size for a one night stay. Free "breakfast" at the reception - not expecting too much, it was pretty basic pastries and coffee with some juices and cereals. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful when asked questions."
