Pozitivní bod:
"Best place to stay when you need to be in the east of the island. Walking distance from bus, MRT and a huge shopping mall called NEX Serangoon. So actually could easily go anywhere in Singapore using public transport. Management always respond fast via WhatsApp if any issue or question and local staff Song is so kind and helpful that you feel welcome and taken care off."
Negativní bod:
"Not anything to dislike."

Pozitivní bod:
"Location, clean building, pool and gym facility in the building. I did like the entry / common area where the fridge, microwave, ironing board etc was located. Great to have all these amenities."
Negativní bod:
"Didn't get message confirming code or information about how to access card/ key to accommodation after hours. Tried to call both numbers on the notice board but no one answered the calls. As it happened while I was on the phone another staff happened to go to the office in the foyer and told office staff to come and take care of me. Keys were in one of the lockers waiting. I just had not been sent the collection information needed."
