"Very friendly and helpful staff, great and quiet location, walking distance from seoul mall. Spacious flat and bathroom. Decent breakfast. We booked a Suite so it had a spacious bedroom with cupboards. All amenities provided. Extra mattress provided. Hotel has one level of stairs so luggage was taken by the staff."

"No toilet bidet which is difficult to manage for us muslims. No elevator. Also difficult to eat in the hall since sofa does not have a table. I would suggest to keep a small dining table with chairs"
