"I think this one-room studio is perfect for business trips or short stays if you’re looking for a comfortable place with great access to the city center. The apartment is located in a newly built building and offers a well-equipped studio layout with all the basic necessities. Free parking is available on the same street, although you may need a bit of luck to find a spot. If you don’t have a car, there is a tram stop almost right in front of the entrance, with direct connections to Riga city center in about 15 minutes."

"We fell in love with this cute and new accommodation. Having a private sauna was an extraordinary experience (at extra cost). The owner paid a lot of attention on details. Extra towels and sauna oil were provided. Even coffee, tea, milk and sugar for breakfast Furniture is new. Information was even provided in our home language (German)"

Having a beamer is a super cozy idea. :) Unfortunately the remote control did either not work correctly or we didn't know how to use it properly, so we could not watch Netflix. A user manual would maybe help.

"Very nice surroundings, comfortable interior, everything was clean. Very nice terrace for morning tea 🥰 Before check out we met the owner, she was very kind and friendly we were happy about it. It is worth to stay here it was satisfying ❤️"

"Apartmán je vybaven do detailu, nic nám nechybělo. Je zde i mikrovlnka kombinovaná s troubou. Základní potraviny (sůl, cukr, káva, čaj, olej, koření) k dispozici. Ubytování se nachází v docházkové vzdálenosti centra i obchodů. Před domem jsou i autobusové zastávky."

Apartmán již něco pamatuje, ale vše bylo plně funkční. Jedná se spíše o kosmetické vady např. dřevěných dvířek u vany, na které kape voda z vany po osprchování, namražený mrazák, apod.

Pirmame aukšte šviesa neužsidegė naktį, Sunkiai rakinosi lauko durys. Trūko taurių. neradome kelio nueiti nuo namelio tiesiai iki jūros reikėjo eiti aplinkui.
