"The location is good."
Apartment floor was dirty, towels were dirty and stained, no hot water to shower, had issues with the parking rude personal.

"Buen lugar, equipado con todo lo necesario. Hasta agua nos dejaron. Bien elegante y limpio. Estacionamiento seguro y una ubicación accesible a muchos lugares turísticos del pueblo."
Sin queja alguna. La administración muy respetable y atentos. Hasta se quedaron conectados a llamada para asegurarse que llegáramos sin problemas.

"Really quiet place in close proximity to the beach and just about 10 min by car to good shopping places. It was a well equipped kitchen since there was enough bowls, spoons, plates, knifes and forks to fit 4 persons (which we at other places in Puerto Rico did not have). The toilet and bath was also very nice."
It is a bit difficult to find and better instructions for finding/checking in and possibly with photos would make it easier to get inside. Others have commented on that too. When arriving after sunset is easy to overlook the locked gate. However, I wrote to the owner on the booking.com app and got a phone number and got inside after some instructions. The beds are a bit short (and were are not that tall).
