"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. "Petit Paradis is really nice: the managers are very welcoming, the treehouse is confortable, and the food was really good! Plus you are close to the hot springs and many waterfalls."

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"I was there for just one night. The owners were very helpful und kind. I got a pickup and early morning transfer from and to the airport. We made some short stops to buy some snacks and drinks for the evening. The atmosphere of the accomodation is family style and I got acquainted to the other guests which was very special and interesting. Very relaxed and friendly."

I have nothing to complain at all.

"Milí hostitelé - farmáři, po celý den k dispozici káva a čaj, pračka, kuchyně, jídelna a obývací pokoj. Rodina majitele je velice přátelská, lze s nimi vyprávět o Arménii, dcera mluví výborně anglicky."

"Don't be fooled by the name 'Pension'. The unit is large, clean and has a lovely balcony. With the sofa bed turned down, it felt like a two bedroom apartment. And we appreciate the fact that the sofa bed was already made up and ready to sleep in. Thanks for that!"

"Good place to stay during biking trips. Close to nature, very quiet place. It is far away from shops and restaurants, but host is happy to help you with eatables and drinks."

"Krásné místo uprostřed přírody, velmi přátelská paní hostitelka, útulné ubytování, vítací pes a kočka, pod balkonem se pásly krávy. Blízké město Velenje rozhodně stojí za návštěvu."

Všechno bylo v pořádku, nemám co vytknout.

"Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond."

"Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Smart tv and good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Location to town good."

No fault of property but local drains were smelling. Would benefit from a washing machine.

"Everything. This is on the top of the list of places I need to come back to. The surroundings and the tranquility are bliss for all senses. The small cabin has all the basics. The beds were very comfy - haven’t slept so well for a long time. Having to walk a couple of steps outside to get to the bathroom and to get water added to the nostalgia - this was what cabins were like in my childhood. However, here you get a modern toilet and a shower in a nice warm bathroom. We did not have that luxury. The small museum was very interesting. The host was nice and inviting and he has a lot of knowledge of the past and present in the area. There are possibilities of renting kayaks- and canoes not far from the property. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night this time. But we most certainly will be back to explore the lake and the surroundings."
