"Skvěle vybavený dům se 4 ložnicemi, 3 koupelnami a kuchyní s obývacím pokojem. Bazén byl stále v provozu, terasa, slunečníky, lehátka. Mýdlo, šampon, toaletní papír, ručníky jak do sprchy tak i na pláž pro každého. Myčka a pračka včetně tablet. Káva, čaj. Vzhledem k příletu uprostřed noci nás jako pozornost čekalo občerstvení k snídani. Výborná komunikace s majitelem."

"The villa was perfect for what we wanted The villa was clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool was a decent size and bigger than expected. Nicosia the owner was lovely and was always on hand if we needed him. He also shared his knowledge of the area and places to visit"

"We were in the villa for 5 days, The location is just perfect! Close to all attractions, 5 minutes from the water park, 10 minutes from the port, and half an hour from Larnaca airport. The villa is clean and equipped with everything and very close to a super market that has everything we needed. The pool was clean and pleasant. The owner came to visit from time to time and always asked if anything was needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach in a few minutes' walk. It was a good vacation and for sure we will come back again! Thank you very much Nikos ❤️"

"Pool and villa were bigger than we expected , we had everything we needed and the outdoor areas worked really well ."

"Thick Green line around top of pool water line when we got there and throughout stay from apparently sun tan lotion was off putting . Ac in master suite did not work the whole time we were there and wasn’t fixed . Some of the surrounding area is quite rundown it seems and the bears te beach which we imagined was a nice sandy beach we would be using regularly was in fact completely bordered by rocks under the water making entry into the sea absolutely impossible . Over all I would not really recommend staying here unless you have a car ."

"Very nice place with great and very friendly personel. A lot of space, full kitchen equipment, good air condition. Big pool. Cool cats on place 😁 About beach - very nice, not very popular. Good for friends - can drink, have fun, swim. Near to Ayia Napa. Very near to shops, a few pubs."

"Fantastic villa with everything a family could need to enjoy their holiday. The pool was never cold like some villas and gets the sun most of the day. Rooms are kitted out with extra bedding if required. Air con was a much needed bonus for the nights. Quieter location than the hustle of Ayia Napa but situated close enough to the bus stop to get in and out easily, also taxis are only ever a minute from passing by. The owner of the villa is a lovely chap, very hospitable and generous. He could not have made us more welcome and is on hand if any problems arise. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. 10/10"
